I have problem with both well know versions:

1) Necromancer's DOS Navigator (NDN).
2) DOS Navigator Open Source (DN OSP)
Necromancer's DOS Navigator has more features, but so he has also more
bugs.
The developement of DOS Navigator Open Source (DN OSP) is slower.
Both are avaiable as real mode version and 16(?)-bit DPMI version.
Why 16(?)-bit?
Because they use the Borland extender, and so I think it can only be 16-bit.
