Hello, I tried to contact with authors of NTFSDOS again.
The today's  answer of M. Russinovich is very laconic:
>Sorry, we have no plans to support DR-DOS.

I can only suppose that he is a close friend of Bill Gates... But what is to do? To search
anoter NTFS driver - where? Or to try to write "DR-DOS driver for NTFSDOS" which could
be loaded before NTFSDOS?
