My thought was to get it done the easiest way...

I think WordPerfect is a DOS/Linux program and it should now offer  HTML
conversions.

It could also be dumped to text and then converted to HTML manually, but
seems
a waste if there are tools that will do 90% or more of the work instantly
:-)
