Actually I meant to have DR-DOS and Win9x on the same partition boot to 
either using F4 key.

In your case I think it is better to put in a boot manager that will let 
you select the system on the fly. You can perhaps use part.exe by Michail 
Ranish which I think is free for personal use or cardware. It can save a 
lot of bother having to boot with a disk each time and changing the active 
partition.
