LFNDOS is under GPL! It supports unicode, but no cd-rom.
You can use it with every DOS.
load: lfndos -t
unload: lfndos -u
It works with most programs, but not with all. DJGPP programs should have no
problem. But some real mode and 16-bit dpmi programs have problems.
This is all, what I know.
BTW: You see, how LFN-support slow down windows (and of course also DOS).
