While I could not locate this specific update in my archive 
(I should have it somewhere), I can at least confirm, that there 
*was* a DR DOS 6.0 update in 1993 immediately after the WfW launch. 
It was called "business updated 1993" and was sent to registered 
business customers. It is, of course, not the same as the various 
updates and patches over 1991 and 1992 (which were at least partially 
for Windows 3.1x).

PS. Maybe you have some luck at www.leo.org, ftp.leo.org, or 
ftp.uni-stuttgart.de. At least some time ago, they had large 
amounts of old Digital Research and Novell archives...
