I once called up IBM to see about the price and availability of Pen for
DOS (or whatever it was called). Not only did the sales person not know
anything about it, but one of the two numbers he gave me to call for
more information was his own!

I have certainly not heard anything about the sale of PC-DOS, and, if
all you have to go on is the say-so of an IBM Direct rep, than I must
consider it an unconfirmed rummor. <g>
