Ignore the docs, type fdisk /x, then set your additional types to the
primary dos >32MB sorry, don't remember the exact number you need to
choose) It will happily create the partitions for you.  The docs in 7.03
tell me I can't do it either, but yet if I'm in extended mode (that's what
the /x switch does) instead of the standard mode (which you get by typing
fdisk then pressing enter) I can do this w/o any troubles <shrug>  It
can't hurt to give it a try.
