 The partition table is a section of data written directly to
the HD by the program "Fdisk".
This also applies to the MBR (Master Boot Record) and
the FAT (File Allocation Table).
None of these can be viewed or altered the way that a file can be.
In order to do it, you must run "Fdisk" or some other utility
which is designed for this purpose.
