OK... well, AFAIK the Schneider name is the foreign Amstrad, and I run a
PC1512DD (I've ripped out the second drive and put in a HD from my 1640 though,
plus upgraded to 640K).  This only has TCP/IP on it right now, but you can fit
the PNW client on a 360K floppy disk if you remove some non-essential bits.
However, when I ran it (with a 3Com Etherlink II) VLM.EXE crashed.  Maybe you
might have better luck with different drivers and/or configurations.
