Unfortunately, the folks that make qedit stopped supporting it. (though I believe they still accept registrations) They came out with tse (the semware editor) that they promoted heavily for a while, and I think that is their primary editor now. (or at least it was) You can still find qedit at various places though, including ftp.softcon.com in the /database directory under the name of qedit3c.arj. Hope this helps.
