Most likely problem: CONFIG.SYS doesn't have a line that says...

LASTDRIVE=Z

Second-most likely problem would be incorrect frame type.  The NET
command should list the servers (PNW and NW 3 and NW 4 "trees"), so
long as the options are set correctly. If setting LASTDRIVE and/or
trying different frame types won't fix it reply with a copy of the
output from NET INFO.
