Subject:	Setup speedup

If you boot from Disk 1 to install DR-DOS, add a line BUFFERS=30 to the
CONFIG.SYS file on that disk.  This can cut the copy time significantly.
Up to 50% on a heavily disk-bound system!  (Caldera, take note....)
