Subject: DrDOS+64meg=HDD troubles?

I am having troubles with running DRD 7.02 with 64 megs ram. I have recently
upgraded with 64 megs of EDO when I started to get strange errors on my HDD
stuff like lost file chains, FAT errors, FAT partly distroyed ect.. I first
thought it was a RAM problem since the EDO ram I got was the cheap, "on
sale" stuff at one of them large chain stores (you know the kind that tell
people Pacardbell is a great computer) so I sold that EDO and got 64megs
SDRAM but the problems continued.

Next I thought mabey it was because I only had 256k cache NOPE! I got a 512k
stick and the problem continued.

The only way I could fix it was to remove one of the 32meg DIMMS, it didnt
matter wich one as long as the memory was no more than 32megs everything is
fine but boot up once with 64megs and my FAT will be screwed up.

I have tried everything could this be some sort of problem with DR-Dos
accessing large amounts of memory?
