Very interesting.  Best stick with QEMM until this is fixed.

What puzzles me is that QEMM reported more than 32M of EMS memory.  I
didn't think that the EMS spec actually allowed for this.

Either QEMM is getting confused or it is a truly incredible piece of
software.

Apparently, the 65M problem also affects win95 anyway, and also linux if
the amount of memory is not forced by the user.
