Yes, of  course. I have Windows NT + DR-DOS configuration on my system. They work
absolutely fine and much better than Windows 95.

Yes, NT 4.0 Workstation supports FAT 16.

I have NT and DR-DOS on the same HD but on seperate partitions of 1GB each. But, I
believe there is no reason why they will not work on the same partition. I haven't
tried LOADER. I am quite satisfied with the NT boot manager which automatically
puts an option of booting with DR-DOS on startup. You can put either NT or DR-DOS
as the default boot.

Preferably, DR-DOS.

DR-DOS's COMMAND.COM dosen't seem to work as NT- DOS session.
However, NT's DOS subsystem CMD.EXE is good enough.
