If I want to write a program that takes notice of the colour settings,
etc in the Caldera/DRDOS/Novell-DOS .ini file, what is the best way to
determine the name of that file, given that it won't always be OPENDOS.INI
and won't always be in the same directory (e.g. mine is C:\DOS)??

Is there a system call that returns the name to look for?
