I have a question about this year 2000 fix.  Does the kernel recognize
the year 2000 as a leap year?  If it does then you've got one more thing
to fix.  Look in any Almanac and it will tell you that there is not a
February 29th in that year because it is not divisible right or something
like that.  Just thought I'd let you know.
