I'm not sure if this is related or not, but I've noticed that when
OpenDOS fdisk creates a partition, it writes it in the last entry in the
partition table instead of the first.  (I haven't checked 7.02 non-beta
yet, though).  OpenDOS works fine under this condition, but when booting
from an MS-DOS floppy, the drive contains garbage.  If I use a disk
editor to move the entry from the last (fourth) place to the first, both
OpenDOS and MS-DOS are happy.
