Hm, the only further idea I have, that for some reason you haven t 
loaded a memory manager like HIMEM or/and EMM386. If you have 
loaded them, can you provide startup parameters, display messages, 
and a MEM /A output, maybe some Chipset details? This could help 
to track down the problem.
