No, the doubled mentioning of these strings occurs only in the English version 
of the file. Actually, for improved batchjob compatibility the COMMAND.COM 
of COD7.02B2 also supports a lot of the 4DOS/NDOS alike system info constants (those with a preceeding underscore). Most of them already 
existed in our COMMAND.COM, but under different names. The variables
that have been introduced with Novell DOS 7 return localized strings depending
on the COMMAND.COM language, whereas the 4DOS-alike constants are always in English (not taking localized versions of NDOS into account). 
In the English file both are the same... ;-)
