Well, as I see, you now working for and from Caldera. ;)

May be. ;)

And what? _If_ COMP are suitable for batches, they _must_ return _some_

_Like_ OS/2's COMP (although not not necessarily 5).

And _what_ gives _such_ "compatability"? Nothing! Who relies on missing
errorlevel of MS-DOS's COMP and how this relies can be done?

I not know precisely, but which errorlevels (and compatabily, of
course!) can be used, when MS-DOS's COMP gives ask at the end? :( This bring
me to make extra wrap-around cmp.bat for MS-DOS's COMP:
______________O\_/_________________________________\_/O______________
@echo off
if %2.==. goto curr
echo n|comp %1 %2
goto end
:curr
echo n|comp %1 .
:end

:( I think, this is not bug, but definitely lack of functionality.

BTW, why _some_ lines of your messages are continues far away 70-80
position? And, if you gives "backround info", you must specifically point
this, like below. ;)

I duplicate my bug- and wish- list for this address also. Of course.
P.S. This is true - NWCACHE not cache CDs?
