System Commander and Partition Magic were mentioned several times.  They
are not suitable for free software development because they are not
free.  Once you put one piece of non-free software in your otherwise
free softeware solution, the whole thing becomes non-free, and lose its
appeal.

Again 4DOS is not free.  It's bad enough that I have to pay Microsoft
every time they put out a new version of DOS or Windows.  I just can't
justify paying for a new version of 4DOS in addition to MS-DOS.

The only way to get what you want is to stop the Microsoft monopoly.
