Make any adjustment of date and time password protected.  If you want to
adjust either or both an optional feature might
be to require use of passwords before adjustments will take place.
Had msdos implemented this feature along with keyboard event logging
perhaps a few criminal cases and
activities would have been prevented.  This feature along with a logging
feature I suspect may
go a long way towards helping people protect their computer privacy.
