If it is the same thing i encountered (OD 7.01/QEMM 6.0/CWSDPMI.EXE) it
was not memory leak but file descriptor one. After any djgpp utility was
executed i've got one more open emmxxxx0$ . So the system ran out of file
descriptors soon. I did not as anyone about that because i thought it is
and old QEMM bug and i am not going to upgrade or change to another
memory manager because i've seen nothing better.
