I have just installed opendos 7.01 i think, and have been having problems 
with loading share ... ie it hangs the system (486 dx266 & 286) so while 
I've heard about all the wonderful multitasking (386+) I am still yet to 
experience it 

I also tried to install the networking software, again to no avail... it 
seems that SERVER needs share to be running so that is not so much of a 
problem if i can get share running, but also VLM is causing some major 
problems.  

Both of these problems are reported and intercepted by emm386.exe (opendos 
version &win 3.11 version) although the system still crashes *Sigh*

If any one can help with this It would be much appreciated
