INT is not the same as IRQ ... but I don't know if INT in NET.CFG means
the same as IRQ because I don't have a network here.
When you aren't sure where your COM4 exactly is, I can send you my
program COM_IRQ which allows you to detect the UART type, I/O port and
IRQ and even works inside windows (except for the com port intercepted
by windows for the mouse).

There is an add-on for acrobat that converts the page viewed to text and
is called "Access".
It's somewhere on the Acrobat Homepage ... it's still "beta stuff" so
don't expect too much of it.
BTW: What point program (mail/news reader) do you use?
