Subject: A new operator for config.sys?

Here is a possibility for config.sys that I've been playing with.

Would anyone like a new operator that forces a config.sys line to be
executed even in F5/F8 has been pressed?

If so, what symbol should it be?

'!' is the obvious choice, but then it would look a bit strange if you
have queries, it would be

!device=c:\always\run.sys
!?device=c:\always\asks\youfirst.sys

Any comments?
