Okay, I've written a tail command that works with the -f (okay, /f)
option. I've tried it with taskmgr - fine. Tried it with dosemu (and
unix updating a file that is accessed via LREDIR under Dosemu) with,
um, mixed success... the problem seems to be my display getting messed
up when writing to stdout within the Turbo IDE within TASMMGR within
DOSEMU. So it should be okay running it "normally".

I use int 21/AX=5D01h in a loop with delays - keep looking for the file
growing in size.
