If I could afford it, I would purchase Caldera OpenLinux just to
see it. Same goes for the official redhat.
If you think about it though, why bother purchasing a
distribution that supports Linux International - or any other
cause for that matter?
Simple, just buy WHATEVER you can afford, or whatever
distribution you want, and then DONATE $5 to Linux international
(or some other Linux or GNU organization) yourself. That way,
you've made your own contribution to your own cause, and you have
the distribution/whatever that you want.
When I can afford to, this is what I fully plan on doing, thats
for sure! I'd rather support the Linux community than some other
company that has a particular OS from sometime 2 years ago. ;o)
Take care and long live Linux and all the people who use,
advocate and support it! Long live the companies that do so as
well! (even if some of them don't give us the source code to
things that they promised) ;o)
