They never have been.. but it _could_ happen. Caldera had it - and then sold
it. And nobody on the list ever expressed demand in it. I _tried_ to tell
people on the list that it is the thing we need and what did they answer?
"Multitasking? Yes,we have taskmgr". SHIT!!! _We_ are in fault!

I am just trying to show that built-in cli is less important than kernel
features that are non-replaceable part of OS.
