Mike, you are correct.  Even grateful, clearly.  But never "gratuitous," I
hope.  I did my research as you suggested (not in depth, I confess) and you
were a very busy man.  I reiterate that we are all embarassed.  Given the
way OD has performed on my machine (VCPI and EMM386 come to mind), I am
quite disappointed, too.  I hoped for much better.  I retract.
