Got one.  I realy like it's sector sliding feature, and the larger 
disks.  It's `fdformat', look for FDFORMnn.ZIP on simtel 
(msdos/dskutl).  It even has some source, so I might learn something 
from it.

Ahh, but GNU doesn't exactly supply any of the dos specific utils 
(disk caches, memory managers etc).
