This is not entirely true.  Somewhere (I forget exactly) on Caldera's page is
a list of links to resellers of Concurrent DOS, which I assume is what you're
talking about.

Because Concurrent DOS is being kept as commercial only, unlike OpenDOS.
 They can't afford to give EVERYTHING away.
