Subject: Memory Bug ???

I am running opendos as the only OS on a Pentium 133 with 8 MB RAM. I
am loading the NWCACHE utility followed by the TASMGR /S (mulitasking)
and then I try loading the NT Network Client for DOS.
I intend to use the Taskmanager to run another set of DOS based packet
drivers (i.e, NE2000). This can be unloaded from command prompt.
Now, I get the following error as soon as I try loading NE2000 :

>> The system memory manager(EMM386.EXE) has detected an error caused
>>by a fault in one of the device drivers or programs loaded in the
>>system.

This is followed by a set of Techincal Information indicating General
Protection Exception from Protected Mode Process : Root including some
memeory addresses.

Any Help Avalable? Anyone?

Rahul Puri.
