It seems to be a command interpreter bug,not the kernel one (i even could
not notice it just because i do not use command.com much). gnu rm/rmdir
work fine.. There is more annoying (for me) bug in join/mount _kernel_
implementation :(incompatibility with PC/MS DOS): i can not mount any 
filesystem to a mount point that is not a first-level subdirectory of
root.
