Subject:	problems with security.bin and setup

I have a Compaq 386s (16 MHz) with 2 megs of ram and a 40 meg IDE hard
drive.  Whenever I boot off the hard drive with security.bin in the root
directory or when I run the setup program, my computer will either lock
up or the hard drive will make a weird noise and everything will
continue running as normal.  I just removed security.bin so I can boot
up every time, but whenever I want to run setup, it takes several tries
before it works.  This happens after it reads the opendos.ini file.
