Subject: Problem with TASKMGR + Terminate. (COM timeout)

OK, I'm having a bit of a problem when I try to run Terminate under the
Task Manager (multi-tasking)... It dials fine, but if I switch tasks and
come back, the com port is locked up. The only thing that I can do to
reclaim my COM port is hangup, quit the multitasker and re-run Terminate.
I've tried setting my TIMEOUT= to 0, AUTO, and 65536 so far but to no
avail. I also tried it without a mouse driver loaded but that wasn't the
cause of the problem either. Does anybody have any ideas?

Also, does anybody know when the version of OpenDOS will be out with
integrated PPP support? I can't wait for this.

And on a completely unrelated note, does anybody think Caldera will ever
switch to a concurrent DOS type thing with a multi-tasking kernel for
greater speed and stability?

PS - It'd be preferrable to have the reply emailed to me, as I don't read
the list often.
