Earlier, I said that the reference is in WIN.INI.  I was wrong.  Sorry
about that!  It's in SYSTEM.INI.  In the first section (which, I
think, is called [boot].)

There are two lines that go something like this:

    network.drv=NETWORK.DRV
    netware=network.drv

Um, that's from memory, so take it with a grain of salt.  Again, sorry
about the mix-up.
