I had the same problem. Take a look at the WIN.INI file. I found
NETWORK.DRV listed with two or three other files, all on one line. I
can't remember which section it was under; do a search for "NETWORK"
and I'm sure you'll find it. What I did was duplicated the line,
commented out the original, and removed NETWORK.DRV from the
duplicate (just in case I want to restore it some day).
BTW, you can comment lines in a .INI file by placing a semicolon (;)
at the beginning of the line.
