I see first of all that this list still doesn't use reply-to, and that I
have to manually edit the header fields to get this thing thing to go to
the mailing list instead of to Mike A. Harris.  I know we've had this
discussion before, but it *is* kind of annoying.

That is a matter of opinion.  Loading NWCDEX from CONFIG.SYS avoids the
matter of giving NWCDEX its own copy of the environment, and so it takes
up less memory (not much less, but it does take a few hundred bytes less
memory).  I am interested in finding out exactly when LASTDRIVE and
other switches take effect.  Is it a bug or a feature?
