Tha changes are in MSDOS 7.xx itself... moved no BIOS replacementes, (old MSDOS.SYS) into 
IO.SYS, and added some API just to say "it's not a plain DOS". Windows 4.0 will complain 
under another DOS version, that Registry API/Functions are not resident.
