A modern operating system without a disk cache? HAHAHAHAHAHA
good one! When you say ext2, ntfs and hpfs should be options,
what exactly do you mean? Including them in the base system is
necessary for people to install opendos from floppy on to a
native root filesystem of that type. Since one of the first
things done when installing an OS is partitioning and formatting,
the filesystem drivers are necessary on the base package.

The files that I listed weren't what I thought the base package
should be limited to, but rather a short list of what to start
with and for others to expand upon. I didn't want to type 200
filenames by myself you know.... :o)
