It's about a fast 32-bit operating system without the overhead of a GUI if
they choose not to use it (for a fast "server in a closet", hardly using
the horsepower expended into running the GUI), having better multitasking
and better memory usage (instead of playing all sorts of tricks to make
things work in shots of 64K segments in 640K total memory)...
