It *do* have the advantage over 4DOS of being free. What I think is,
instead of improving COMMAND.COM to death, lets keep that as a minimal
shell, staying 100% compatible with MS-DOS batch files, maybe adding a few
commands for batch files. And make the free bash for DOS the "advanced"
shell, making it available as a package.
