	You know that as long as you don't switch tasks while the com
	is active you shouldn't have any trouble..

	Ofcourse, some programs directly control the port, keyboard,
	and monitor and occasionally rewrite some of the ISRs to 
	gain better control...

That's the nice thing about DOS... you can kill it and it doesn't mess up
your system... now you try that under windows and you just end up getting
page fault errors and garbage like that.... blah...

	If I want to mess with my computer I will... 
	And I don't need an OS designed to breed incompetence...
