I'll be honest:  I have only used Win95 when setting up programs on a
friend's computer.
After an average of 4 hours per app (most of which never ended up
working, unless you count my DOS box), I concluded that Win95 was crap.

(Okay, I usually decided it was crap after the first hour... the point
still holds)

For the average user, UNIX is NOT the way to go - for me it is, but I'm
not the average user.
For the average user, Win95 is not the way to go either - noone should
have to use an OS that horrible.
I think that once a few things are straightened out (DOS _could_ stand to
be a little easier :) OD will be the best OS for the average user.
