I would think that NWCACHE is NOT needed, and that EXT2, NTFS, and 
HPFS should be options.  You would also need a text editor, so that 
you could manually change your CONFIG.SYS and AUTOEXEC.BAT in case 
you have weirdo hardware which needs manual tweaking.  Oh, and you 
forgot FORMAT (you can't SYS an unformatted drive ;-)
