Yes, that is how W95 LFN's are visible to non LFN-aware apps in
W95.  However W95's name mangling algorithm sucks.  A much better
method is the one used by DOSemu which is stolen from MACH.  The
sources are in the DOSemu sources.  I can give pointers to the
exact filenames if anyone wants to get started.
