Very easy, almost everything for Linux comes with sources... ;-) Look on
the Red Hat site for the util-linux package with the .src.rpm extension. 
".rpm"'s are really "cpio" archives in disguise, with some scripts inside
to install and desinstall the software. The util-linux package I have here
is version 2.5, release 34 and I think I have the latest. You will find
the package as util-linux-2.5-34.src.rpm ...
